At this meeting, Ellen Lorenzi-Prince will talk about these 3 Major Arcana with material she presented at the 2008 BATS (Bay Area Tarot Symposium) gathering. Here is her description of the session:

When I thought of the celestial cards together as a group, I also considered their position in the Major Arcana and in the Fool’s journey. They are almost at the end, although our awareness of the different lights in the sky and the stories surrounding them come to us at a very early age. So what more can they tell us, when they come to us after we have experienced the rise and fall of our earthly empires? What can they tell us, when what comes after the celestials is the rebirth of Judgement and the World’s dynamic and complete being? What can they tell us about recreating ourselves and our world?

In this session, we will explore these questions through meditation and card
